- Head Admin of a Label
Main admins/The heads of label are people who are in charge of a certain group of tasks. The head of label has control over their labels. They make plans and give directions to the side managers regarding label matters. Can be something like the strategy of promotion, creating events, and so on. Main admins/The head of label attends the meeting of the agency’s owners at the end of each month. This meeting can be interpreted as a discussion forum, mainly for the “Board of Directors” of the agency. In this meeting, they will evaluate each admins’ performances and contributions to the agency, this is also where they discuss the agency’s future plans. As well as to keep each and every admins updated about the agency’s problems. Main admins/The heads of label of course has a staff of people who report to them, the side managers.
- Side Manager of a Label
Side managers are the ones in charge of helping The Main Admins/The Heads of Label. Rightful substitute for the main admins whenever the main admins are needed somewhere else or can not be present on certain time. Side managers got to make sure that all things are done as planned. Side managers always report any problems to the main admins. For example, say that Taeyeon is planning to to hold a concert and she wants certain artists to perform on her show, side managers will help contacting the artists’ labels, also the artists themselves regarding the details of the concert. (day, date, and time). Which means, side managers are like a bridge in between. Side managers also can help the main admins with promotions by promoting through squads or contacting other bases.
