Explain the Agency's System (EAS)
The agency's concept requires friendly and active group-mates and label-mates to do something such as participating in events like music shows. This might seem strange that we have tried this new way, but it never means that they'll turn to be forming some crews together and eventually ignoring the rest. It's just a new way of communicating with each other, participating together, promoting the label to have more members together. As we all know, all labels have artists that are not well-known and some that are extremely popular among roleplayers. In this case, for more fun and more events, you'll need more label-mates. to compete, to work with, to win with.
Sometimes, you'll need more artists to participate in events with. Like competitions, concerts and etc. We'll tell you the ones you can pair up with, in this section.
NOTE:
Smaller labels (with less artists) are merged with either similar or bigger ones so they can be easily managed under ONE label. For example: DreamT Ent. , YMC Ent. and Wellmade yedang are all merged together as Wellmade Yedang. So, EXID, Ailee and Lucky J are under the same label as Girls Day. (In reality, Wellmade owns both YMC Ent. and DreamT Ent. along with Blue Star Ent.)
But we couldn't just let go of some labels with less artists around. Like the home to famous boy group Bangtan boys, Big Hit Ent. So we decided to merge it with an label with more well-known artists like C9 Ent. as Big Hit Ent.
Label goals are set by admins of each label. YOU decide how to manage your label.
