Explain the Agency's System (EAS)
The agency's concept requires friendly and active group-mates and label-mates to do something such as participating in events like music shows. This might seem strange that we have tried this new way, but it never means that they'll turn to be forming some crews together and eventually ignoring the rest. It's just a new way of communicating with each other, participating together, promoting the label to have more members together. As we all know, all labels have artists that are not well-known and some that are extremely popular among roleplayers. In this case, for more fun and more events, you'll need more label-mates. to compete, to work with, to win with.
For related events such as music competitions and concerts, this label's artists are allowed to merge with:

WHAT WE ARE:
Woollim Entertainment (Korean: 울림엔터테인먼트; Ullim Enteoteinmeonteu) is a South Korean record label and entertainment agency founded in 2003. Its current roster includes Infinite, Jisun, Rphabet, Lovelyz, Joo and Kim Min-seok. In August 2013, it merged with S.M. Entertainment's subsidiary S.M. Culture & Contents (S.M. C&C) to create an independent label "Woollim Label", whose music will different from SM Entertainment's sounds with their own color of music and an eclectic lineup of artists.
