Explain the Agency's System (EAS)
The agency's concept requires friendly and active group-mates and label-mates to do something such as participating in events like music shows. This might seem strange that we have tried this new way, but it never means that they'll turn to be forming some crews together and eventually ignoring the rest. It's just a new way of communicating with each other, participating together, promoting the label to have more members together. As we all know, all labels have artists that are not well-known and some that are extremely popular among roleplayers. In this case, for more fun and more events, you'll need more label-mates. to compete, to work with, to win with.
For related events such as music competitions and concerts, this label's artists are allowed to merge with:

WHAT WE ARE:
RBW (Korean:알비더블유; an acronym for Rainbow Bridge World) is a South Korean entertainment company founded by Kim Jin-woo and Kim Do-hoon. The label is home to artists such as Mamamoo, Vromance, Basick, Yangpa, Monday Kiz, OBROJECT. Kim Jin-woo originally is the representatives director of Cube Entertainment's Music Cube. Kim Jin-woo also was in charge of the practice room rental business and then he expansion his business with opened AN Bridge, Rainbow Bridge Academy and ENB Academy Practical Music Academy, which integrated under name Modern & Bridge. In March 2010, he later established the first OEM company, Rainbow Bridge Agency, which operates to trained the student who are not trainee with similar process as the regular entertainment company such as vocal, dance, acting, language, etc. In August 2011, Hwang Sung-jin (former Music Cube producer) and Kim Do-hoon (former Music Cube director) joined Kim Jin-woo's Modern & Bridge to took representatives and directors position. In March 2012, Kim Do-hoon joined corporation with Rainbow Bridge Agency established music label WA Entertainment. In March 2015, WA Entertainment merged with Rainbow Bridge Agency to create an independent label RBW (acronym for Rainbow Bridge World).
