Explain the Agency's System (EAS)
The agency's concept requires friendly and active group-mates and label-mates to do something such as participating in events like music shows. This might seem strange that we have tried this new way, but it never means that they'll turn to be forming some crews together and eventually ignoring the rest. It's just a new way of communicating with each other, participating together, promoting the label to have more members together. As we all know, all labels have artists that are not well-known and some that are extremely popular among roleplayers. In this case, for more fun and more events, you'll need more label-mates. to compete, to work with, to win with.
For related events such as music competitions and concerts, this label's artists are allowed to merge with:

WHAT WE ARE:
Pledis Entertainment (Hangul: 플레디스 엔터테인먼트) is a South Korean record label and entertainment agency, home to artists After School, Orange Caramel, NU'EST and Seventeen. The CEO of Pledis Entertainment is Han Sung-soo. In 2007, he took Kahi and Son Dam-bi to create Pledis. They had no building nor an office, only a practice room. Pledis Entertainment held auditions in San Francisco and Los Angeles in 2011. Through these auditions, they hoped to meet highly inspired and talented people.
