Explain the Agency's System (EAS)
The agency's concept requires friendly and active group-mates and label-mates to do something such as participating in events like music shows. This might seem strange that we have tried this new way, but it never means that they'll turn to be forming some crews together and eventually ignoring the rest. It's just a new way of communicating with each other, participating together, promoting the label to have more members together. As we all know, all labels have artists that are not well-known and some that are extremely popular among roleplayers. In this case, for more fun and more events, you'll need more label-mates. to compete, to work with, to win with.
For related events such as music competitions and concerts, this label's artists are allowed to merge with:

WHAT WE ARE:
LOEN Entertainment (Hangul: 로엔 엔터테인먼트), formerly Seoul Records (Hangul: 서울 음반), is a South Korean record label. It is headquartered in theTeheranno street in Gangnam-gu, Seoul. As of 2015, it is the leading record company in South Korea in terms of revenue according to the statistics compiled by the Korea Music Content Industry Association (KMCIA) through the Gaon Music Chart (30.4%); it is the second leading company in terms of album sales (25.4%) according to the same statistics. Since January 2016, LOEN is a subsidiary of Kakao Corporation, the operator of the messaging app KakaoTalk and web portal Daum.net.
Since September 2013, all artists under LOEN Entertainment have been known under the collective name of LOEN TREE currently FAVE Entertainment, similarly to SM Town, YG Family, JYP Nation.
