The agency's concept requires friendly and active group-mates and label-mates to do something such as participating in events like music shows. This might seem strange that we have tried this new way, but it never means that they'll turn to be forming some crews together and eventually ignoring the rest. It's just a new way of communicating with each other, participating together, promoting the label to have more members together. As we all know, all labels have artists that are not well-known and some that are extremely popular among roleplayers. In this case, for more fun and more events, you'll need more label-mates. to compete, to work with, to win with.
For related events such as music competitions and concerts, this label's artists are allowed to merge with:

WHAT WE ARE:
Starship Entertainment (Hangul: 스타쉽 엔터테인먼트) is a South Korean record label. It currently consists of ballad singer K.Will, soloist Yoo Seung-woo, girl groups Sistar and Cosmic Girls, and boy groups Boyfriend, Monsta X, and UNIQ.
The company's founder, Kim Shi-dae, previously worked as a road manager for a K-pop band named Cool and worked for Bang Si-hyuk's company Big Hit Entertainment between 2005 and 2007 before establishing his own company. Starship's first artist was K.Will, followed by Sistar, Boyfriend,and Monsta X.
