This is our admin line. The ones who worked with me in making this agency's main ideas and website. I personally do hope they can be a dream team for you all and for the agency. Don't forget you can also be a part of it, anytime.
WHO WE ARE:
After roleplaying for some time, our admins decided to open a new agency based on their believes and what can make an agency more fun.
So we started with several admins on the line and after months we finally opened the agency on Nov 3rd to see if there's any need to have some changes in the concept before the grand opening. Our admins love what they do and their goal is to have a hyperactive agency with fun events. Feel free to contact any of them whenever there's a need.
We can't achieve the best without help so let's have a unique agency filled with fun and joy, not drama and boredom.

POSITIONS:
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) :
The owners of the agency. The ones who also manage other admins.
Chief Communication Officer (CCO) :
Or public relations officer (PRO) is the head of communications, public relations, and/or public affairs in an organization. Typically, the CCO of a corporation reports to the chief executive officer (CEO).
Chief Information Officer (CIO) :
The one who takes care of all secrets within the management team. Including managing official accounts and emails.
Chief Content Officer (CCO) :
The one who is in charge of taking care of the events, making sure all are done at their best. Managing events and the event admins are their duties.
Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) :
The head admins of each label which are a part of PMV's main management team.
Chief Web Officer (CWO) :
The web masters. Responsible about everything in this website.

Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) :
Of a company is the officer primarily responsible for overseeing and managing regulatory compliance issues within an organization, making sure no one breaks the agency rules. The CCO typically reports to the Chief Executive Officer.

Chief Human Resources Officer (CRO) :
Is a corporate officer who oversees all aspects of human resource management and industrial relations policies, practices and operations for an organization. This person tests and manages the applicants for being an admin/manager in the agency and chooses the right ones.

WHY AWARDS:
The beating heart of our agency. Activities or inactivities, of both members and admins can easily be founded. Successful ones remain, failed ones, go. This system never stops. Each member can be an admin, going through this system. With these achievements, you can unlock more abilities. Why won't you try to have an event of your own? Like Sooyoung's Sketchbook, we'll give you all you need to do that, if you succeed in our activity system. It's like a forever-running game. Isn't it just so fun?
Being active, friendly with everyone, winning on music shows, holding concerts, participating in events, completed groups and literally whatever you do to help the agency and your label, will be rewarded.
WHO CAN GIVE IT:
- Head admins of the AGENCY can give grand rewards to all members under a specific label.
- The head admins of the LABEL (chosen by members, approved by agency owners) can also give grand rewards.
- Side admins can give rewards to one person within the label they're managing. No group rewards.
- Winners of Agency/Label events will be awarded as well.

this agency shows variation from others . we have lots of labels based on korea music entertainments under one base & each labels are ruled by side admins under the help of main admins . not forget to mention that we are semi less ooc fixed username agency . therefore , update about your idol is a must but you can have slightly different personality from your idol . you will be verified on the BASE account which can be found on each labels' bio .
Everyone gets the chance to be side admins ! side admins will rule their company's label . eg : seulgi is the side admin and she's only in charge for everything in sm entertainment . the path to become a side admin would be : join , be active , be friendly , communicate with members in the agency (They're the ones who can choose you as one, as well as the agency owners anyway) , welcoming newbies & participate in events . you would be given awards for all those you've done . the more awards you get , the higher chance for you to be an side admin . we'll try our best to have monthly reviews on each label's activities.
we will not force those active members to be side admins , if you're interested & you think you have more awards than others , you could dm your label accounts & we main admins will decide your participation . however , if you're not responsible , rude , unwelcoming , unfriendly & inactive , you will be out of the admin line .
Aside from the effect of awards in being a part of label as the manager ( or better to say "side admin" ) , These awards also let you unlock some abilities. To explain it more, I'll start with an example. Of you joining the agency as a normal member under SM Entertainment. There are some limits for you ( For example, you're ONLY ALLOWED TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT. ) and to unlock these abilities, we need to see that we have a LOYAL and ACTIVE member . This is where your amount of rewards will help us ( The admins ) to know more about your activity. Based on the amount, you'll be able to unlock the ability to have a 2nd account either under the same label (in this example, SM Entertainment. ) or in the other Label. ( for example, Pledis Entertainment. )
The other use of the Award system is that you have more chance in getting active and friendly groupmates/labelmates. We can guarantee that, since this award system is a forever-running ACTIVITY CHECK for everyone ( So the ones who can't match with the concept and activity, won't be able to last long. ) . Means, there's a slight chance of not finding the ones who have the same thoughts and likes as yours. Gather up and dream your dreams.
We will hold more events such as competition , variety shows , music shows & concerts in the labels and every member in PMV is welcomed ! there's a condition for holding concerts for each group , that would be : your group members need to complete at least 4/5 (or at least completed with up to 2 outsiders). solo artist could always hold your concert anyway . if your group is interested to hold a concert , please inform your label account so that we could help you to promote your concert for other members . moreover , the labels account would promote the idol's comeback based on each entertainments & the idol / group could go for music shows ( something like music bank ) !
