Explain the Agency's System (EAS)
The agency's concept requires friendly and active group-mates and label-mates to do something such as participating in events like music shows. This might seem strange that we have tried this new way, but it never means that they'll turn to be forming some crews together and eventually ignoring the rest. It's just a new way of communicating with each other, participating together, promoting the label to have more members together. As we all know, all labels have artists that are not well-known and some that are extremely popular among roleplayers. In this case, for more fun and more events, you'll need more label-mates. to compete, to work with, to win with.
For related events such as music competitions and concerts, this label's artists are allowed to merge with:
- Starship Entertainment and LOEN Entertainment

WHAT WE ARE:
CJ E&M Corporation (Hangul: 씨제이이앤엠 주식회사) is a South Korean entertainment and media contents company. It is a subsidiary of the CJ Group. In 2010, O Media Holdings was founded as a merger of the following companies: CJ Media, On-Media, Mnet Media, CJ Entertainment, CJ Games, CJ Internet, and the media division of CJ O Shopping. In 2011 it changed its name to CJ E&M, short for CJ Entertainment and Media.
In 2016, CJ E&M sets up its South East Asia headquarter in Hong Kong in a bid to expand the group’s major development plan in Asia. During the year it was announced that CJ E&M will be merging with CJ O Shopping, creating a new company.
